FAQ

Straight answers

What counts as "an hour of footage"?
The total duration of everything you send, all clips added together. Ten six-minute clips = one hour. File size doesn't matter.
What formats do you accept?
Anything from a phone, camera, drone or screen: MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV and more. If it plays, we can process it.
Do you edit my video?
No, and that's the point. No captions, no music, no template, no narrative forced on you. You get raw-quality clips and decide the story. It's your edit; we just removed the slog.
What if there's nothing good in my footage?
We'll tell you straight. If we genuinely find nothing worth keeping, you don't pay. If we find some but you wanted different moments, you get one free re-pick pass within 7 days.
Is my footage private?
Yes. Files are processed securely, never published, and never used to train models. Uploads are deleted from the processing stack after the job; we keep a local copy for 14 days in case you want a re-pick, then delete everything.
I shoot in 4K / 6K, will you downscale?
Never. Clips are cut from your original files at their native resolution and orientation. You get back exactly the quality you shot.
How do I send the footage?
After payment we email you simple instructions; most people use WeTransfer, a Dropbox link or a Google Drive link. For very large folders we'll point you at an upload folder that takes files straight from your computer.
